Delete your account
Two ways to remove your card-exchange account and the data attached to it.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Uninstalling is not deleting. Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account. Your profile and anything synced to our servers stay until you ask us to delete them, using one of the methods below.
Email us — deletes everything
Send an email to [email protected] from the address linked to your account, with the subject Delete my account.
We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it by reply. Sending from your account's own email address is how we verify the request is really yours — a request from a different address, we can't action.
In the app — deletes your trade data
While signed in, open Settings, scroll to Danger Zone, and tap Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your trade profile: your for-sale listings, event attendance, and the messages you have sent. It cannot be undone.
It does not remove the account itself — your sign-in and any collection data synced to our servers remain. To delete everything, email us as described above.
What deletion removes
- Your account and sign-in record.
- Your profile, including any vendor details.
- Collections and for-sale listings synced to our servers.
- Exchange history and the chat messages attached to those exchanges.
- Your wishlist.
Data held only on your phone goes when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
What we may keep
- Records we have to keep for legal or safety reasons — for example, an abuse report naming your account, which we retain for moderation as described in Section 5 of the Terms of Service.
- Subscription and billing records held by Google or Apple. Those are the app stores' records, not ours, and we can't delete them. Cancel any active subscription in the store you bought it from — deleting your account does not cancel it for you.
- Anonymous, aggregated pricing data, which is not linked to you or your account.
Questions
What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy; your rights on termination are in the Terms of Service. Anything else, write to [email protected].
